A Faith That Cannot Be Imprisoned

Cao Liming is a Christian from China’s Henan Province who used to be a news reporter at a provincial television station. He accepted the kingdom gospel in 2008. In the winter of 2012, the CCP launched another large-scale operation to arrest and persecute Christians, and unfortunately, Cao Liming was one of those arrested while he was preaching the gospel. After seven months of illegal detention, he was given a three-year sentence and transferred to the Henan No. 1 Prison to serve his time. While in prison, he was forced to do hard labor like a slave, he was strictly monitored and controlled, and brutally tortured. How did he make it through his long, dark days of imprisonment? What source of strength guided him to persist in his faith?
